I am a 2018 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with two degrees in Broadcast Journalism and History. At Penn State I worked with CommRadio, their student-run radio station, doing sports broadcasting, board operating, and beat writing. I covered Penn State football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and others.
In 2018, I was the Media Relations and Marketing intern with the Beloit Snappers, the Single-A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics. There I did broadcasting, sports writing, and new releases for the team while coordinating player/coach requests from media members and Athletic writers.
In 2019, I was the Media Relations Assistant with the Double-A Birmingham Barons, an affiliate of the Chicago White Sox. In addition to working hand in hand with our players and coaches with media requests and personal needs, I was responsible for crafting game notes, daily stats, lineups, and in-game social media content. I further enhanced my skills using multiple Adobe programs, writing daily game recaps in AP format. I did play-by-play for select home and road games with our full-time broadcaster Curt Bloom.
Since 2020, I have been a licensed Mortgage Originator in the state of Pennsylvania. I quickly learned the industry and ave processed over 100 loans and originated millions of dollars worth of loans in just over 1.5 years of originating
